Terms of service

Effective October 6, 2026

1. The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Old Bones Therapy, Inc., a California corporation ("we", "us"). By checking the box at signup, or by using Olympus, you accept them for yourself and for the business you sign up for, and you confirm that you can bind that business and are at least 18.

2. What Olympus is

• The software. Olympus is software that collects your store's data from the services you connect, analyzes it, and answers questions about it. The copy that runs for you is licensed under the Elastic License 2.0, which governs your rights in the software itself.
• The services. oldbones.ai builds your Olympus in your Railway account, sends you sign-in links, connects it to your Shopify store through our Shopify app, and publishes new versions, which Railway installs for you each night. These services are what these terms mainly cover.

3. Your accounts and your data

• Railway. Your Olympus runs in a Railway account you own. You're responsible for that account, its plan and its charges, and Railway's terms apply to it. We have no access to it after setup and aren't responsible for Railway's service.
• Connected services. You connect Olympus to services such as Shopify, Meta, Google and Klaviyo with your own accounts, and their terms apply to that use. You're responsible for having the right to connect them.
• AI. Olympus's AI features run in your own AI account, such as your Claude plan or an API key you provide, under that provider's terms and charges.
• Your data is yours. Everything Olympus collects stays in your Railway project. You're responsible for collecting your customers' data lawfully and for telling them how you use it. Where oldbones.ai handles your customers' personal data for you, our data processing addendum applies.
• Keep your access safe. You're responsible for who can sign in to your Olympus and use your accounts.

4. Fees

Olympus is free today. We may offer paid features later. We'll never charge you without your agreement, and anything free when you signed up will stay available for at least 30 days after we announce a change.

5. Updates and changes

New versions are installed automatically during your Olympus's nightly update window, so you get fixes and improvements without doing anything. You can turn automatic updates off in Railway, at the risk of missing security fixes. We may add, change or remove features. If we stop offering oldbones.ai's services entirely, we'll give you at least 90 days' notice, and the copy of Olympus in your account will keep running under its license.

6. Acceptable use

Use Olympus only for lawful business purposes. Don't misuse oldbones.ai's services: no interfering with them, probing them for weaknesses without our permission, using them to reach stores that aren't yours, or sending email through them for anything but signing in to your own Olympus.

7. Not professional advice

Olympus reports on your data and its AI features suggest what to do. Reports depend on the data your connected services provide, and AI can be wrong. Check anything important before acting on it. Nothing in Olympus is financial, tax, accounting, investment or legal advice.

8. Ending

You can stop at any time: delete your Olympus's project in Railway and uninstall our Shopify app. We may suspend or end oldbones.ai's services for you if you break these terms or to protect other users, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it. Sections 7, 9, 10, 11 and 12 survive the end of these terms.

9. No warranty

Olympus and oldbones.ai's services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don't promise the services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any report will be complete or correct.

10. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from Olympus or these terms. Our total liability for all claims is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100. These limits don't apply where the law doesn't allow them.

11. Claims about your use

You'll defend and hold us harmless against claims from third parties arising from your data, your use of connected services, or your breach of these terms.

12. Law and disputes

California law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts in San Mateo County, California, and both of us consent to their jurisdiction.

13. General

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect; using Olympus after that accepts it. These terms, with the data processing addendum, are the whole agreement between us about the services. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term isn't a waiver. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them with our business. Notices to us go to support@oldbones.ai; notices to you go to your Olympus's owner email.
